This Privacy Notice helps the users of the website accessible at the URL address www.bhero.com (“ Platform” or “ BHero Launchpad“) to understand which personal data BH Network International S.R.L (hereinafter “We” or “ Us” or “Our“) collects from its users and the personal data processing activities carried out by Us, through BHero Launchpad, as well as on the occasion of providing Our services.
This Privacy Notice (together with the Terms and Conditions – User Agreement and any other documents referenced therein) represents the basis on which We will process any personal data collected from You or which You may provide to Us.

In general, the users of Our services are anonymous to Us, and We cannot identify them with certainty. Although certain categories of information may be collected while using Our services, some of this information may be considered “personal data” by the legal provisions.

(i) details of your visit on our BHero Launchpad, please see point 6 below (Cookies);
(ii) the necessary information to create the user account on BHero Launchpad;
(iii) the necessary information to subscribe to our updates (such as the email address);
(iii) the necessary information to provide Our services and with respect to:
- - the registered communication with Us such as recommendations, comments, requests, inquiries, submitted through BHero Launchpad, using emails or phone calls (such as the email address, phone number);
- - the responses to a survey or submission of inquiry forms on Our website (such as the email address).
Such information may include your name, address, email address, phone number, financial and/or credit card information, cryptocurrency/wallet address, personal description, Identity Card or Passport copy, date of birth, passport number, or documents and data which can be used for personal identification purposes and required for KYC process (by a third-party provider of KYC/AML services) that may be required to comply with applicable laws.

The personal data is collected by Us when you are using BHero Launchpad and the services provided by Us, as well as through other types of communications which we have with You, including with user support through an online chat with an agent. Your username and email address might be necessary to sign up for an online chat.
We may also collect information, which is received from third-parties, including from Our partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment services, advertising networks, search information providers, KYC/ AML service providers, credit reference agencies, or other third parties who may provide information, for the purpose of fulfilling the Services or to comply with legal requirements.
BHero Launchpad is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not collect information about children who are under 18 years of age.

Processing of personal data means any operation which is performed on personal data, whether automated or not, including but not limited to collecting, recording, retention, arrangement, use, amending, delivering, disclosure, and deleting of user’s personal data by Us.

Information, collected automatically by Us on each visit of our BHero Launchpad:
